I offer a free 15-minute consultation for individuals and couples seeking psychotherapy in Toronto or virtual therapy across Ontario.

What Is a Free Initial Consultation?

The initial consultation is a brief, confidential conversation designed to help us:

  • Discuss what brings you to therapy

  • Explore your goals and current challenges

  • Answer any questions you may have about the therapy process

  • Determine whether working together feels like a good fit​

​

There is no obligation to continue beyond the consultation.
