My name is Kimberly Gosselin, RP(Q), MACP
My approach is gentle, compassionate, and clinically grounded, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MB-CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore meaningful change.
